Candidate must have:

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience on all types of commercial construction projects
• Federal Government Experience is a must
• Minimum of 7 years of previous experience in commercial construction
• Must have Federal Government Construction experience
• Ability to follow company standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Aptitude to build strong relations with customers
• Proficiency in prioritizing and deadline management
• Ability to prepare and analyze documents
• CPM Scheduling
• OSHA 30 and QC Certifications are a plus
• Salary will be commensurate with experience
